Recommendations for "real" restaurants in Paris please

Not looking for anything fancy but just a nice bistro-y type restaurant with great food to have dinner next Saturday evening for two adults and two children. We're staying in La Defense area but will be out and about all day so can go anywhere relatively central. Ditto again for Sunday lunchtime when we'll probably be around the Montmarte area before catching Eurostar home. TIA.

I really like this one on the Left Bank. Beautiful art deco interior and they were very unstuffy about dd.

Polidor also on the Left Bank. They don't take bookings and everyone is sat together at large tables. The menu is very non-fancy, rustic, meat-based.

Might be a trek for you from where you're staying though.

Le Coupe Chou. C'est magnifique!
