Nappies in Portugal

My 5 month old is in Nature Babycare nappies, we're off to Portugal in a couple of weeks & I'm not sure whether to take enough nappies to last the week (& use up a lot of my baggage allowance) or just buy Pampers or whatever they have when I get there. What have others done? Are they very expensive out there? Are they similar to UK nappies?

We go to Portugal a couple of times a year and just buy what's in the supermarket - usually the Portuguese version of Pampers which seem to be exactly the same.

Have a great time! It's a lovely, baby-friendly country Smile

Yep, we went a few years ago and stopped at a supermarket on the way to the villa. There were Pampers as well as a cheaper Portugese brand which we went for (!) same sizing and good enough to handle my 2 year old. No need to pack nappies! Just check on tinternet for a big ish supermarket near to where you are staying, before you go.
