Zoomarine or Slide & Splash

We are going to Portugal with DC who are 4.

Wanting a fairly chilled out holiday but thought a day trip to either Zoomarine or Slide & Splash would be good. Has anyone had experience of either place.

I went to zoo marine years ago with a baby and a 3 year old.
We had a great time.
Not been to the other place

Been to both. I think Slide and Splash better for older kids, so Zoomarine which is great. Although, I don't agree with dolphins being kept in captivity for our amusement.
