Luxury holiday with 3yo and newborn in June recommendations please?

Budget is £4,000 and we are looking for a relaxing beach or poss lake holiday for beginning of June.

We have a 3yo and 8 wk old. We've never had this much to spend on a holiday and are hoping for something really special. Just looking for ideas, happy to travel long(ish) haul.

Would like to be able to relax by the pool/beach for most of the time but also be in a nice area to explore/wander..,
