Leaving it late again - ideas for cottages in Northern to central France

Have just decided we have to get away before we all go bonkers. Will be going with sis's family, so 6 children ranging from 2 - 12 and 4 adults. Thinking northern to central France (max 3 1/2 hours drive from Dieppe). Does anyone have any recommendations (that may not already be booked eek) for cottages/ villas (with pool if poss...). Thank you!

Not sure how far from Dieppe - but look at ChezANIA at le grand Pressigny in the Loire Valley. Lovely little cottages. We stayed in the smallest one last year whilst passing through...
