'Sleep Park Fly' at Heathrow - anyone ever used this service?

I am considering using this Sleep Park Fly service with Premier Inn at Heathrow but have heard bad things about the parking company used...
Has anyone out there used this service and could put my mind at rest?

(Or suggest alternative?)

if you go on trip advisor and look at the forums on there you may stumble across one discussif this. Or start your own, trip advisor is food for this sort of thing as so many people that travel a lot or will be travelling shortly are on there.

I have actually looked on Tripadvisor and it was the few bad reviews there that made me want to hear from others..
It didn't sound great...
