October half term

Can anyone recommend a hot holiday in October half term with two boys, aged 7 and 4?

Florida, south africa. you will have to go a fair distance to get hot rather than just warm. whats your budget and what sort of things do you like.

I've spent October in Florida and I would describe it as warm, not hot, plus you may catch the tail end of a hurricane (e.g Sandy hit that time of year). Egypt on the other hand was fab in October - weather was absolutely perfect.

Egypt? Canaries? Dubai? Depends if hot is your only stipulation or if you want anything else to do.

You could risk Cyprus or southern Europe eg Portugal/Greece but I wouldn't think it would be guaranteed.
