week hol to mallorca and 2 nightmare transfers (both just over an hour each way) to cut a long and stressful story short: On the outbound journey our pre-paid child seats (x2) did not turn up even though we paid extra and they were all booked and pre-paid. Not even the bus had seat belts so how on earth could they even offer car seats 
. quote "even though the seats are pre booked and prepaid they are not always issued if on the day the driver can't get hold of any....instead they just refund your credit card..." funny that part isnt advertised on their website...
after an arguement, we were firmly promised car seats on the way home, in good faith we trusted them again, this time even worse....just ONE car seat SAT on the seat with no seat belts to even hold it down
very angry with this company, just to warn you all travelling with little ones, perhaps you should book elsewhere...
