I'm taking my mother (72) to a concert in Dublin in August and need to book a twin hotel room.

I used to live there so know my way around the city but I don't know any decent quiet central hotels.

TIA.

We stayed \link{http://www.ripleycourt.com/rooms.htm\here} in March on a Friday/Saturday night whilst Rugby was on and it was lovely and quiet. The Hotel is central, within easy walking distance of everything. It's very plush the rooms are spacious and it has a lift. We would definately stay there again!

The fitzwilliam hotel on St Stephen's Green is lovely and while it's central has a lovely relaxed and elegant atmosphere.

Thank you all. I booked Trinity Lodge just off Nasau and Dawson Street in the end. It's very central so it means we can walk to and from the concert. Only 16 rooms too so hopefully no hen parties!

Thanks for your replies.
