hanoi hotel for family?

Can anyone recommend nice hotels for family of 4 in Hanoi?

we stayed at the above with then 4 years. was a welcom respite from the heat of hanoi. they are a bit tip hungry so yo you have to be firm with the staff.that said its the same with most of vietnam. we stayed for 4 days,could have easily done it in 2,hanoi is tiny.

dd was 4 at the time.
