Who are the best/worst companies? Anyone had any experience? Looking for one off single cover for Europe which would cover natural disasters too

esure were great with me when I had to claim for 2 different holidays. One we had to cancel as dd had burst appendix the day we were due to fly. Other we had to cancel due to sickness and diarrhoea bug. They paid up in full, no quibbles on each occassion.
