It might help if you posted a rough budget. Can you drive? South of France in a car can be cheaper than flying everyone out. Age of DCs? What do u like doing on holidays?

You'll have to be a lot more specific about what you consider to be "affordable" in order for anyone to be useful.

Some people's affordable would be way beyond our means and vice versa.

Some idea of budget would be helpful OP.
