Making up baby's formula feeds on holiday in Crete

Hello,

I will be going on holiday to Crete with DH and DS in June when DS is 6 months old. he is formula fed.

Should I use the tap water to make up his feeds? (boiled, obviously - he is on Aptamil Comfort milk and I will be taking a big tub of the powder with me).

Or should I boil up bottled water instead?

Thanks!

I would used bottled water - but you need to go for one low in Sodium. Evian is ok for babies, but have no idea if they sell it in Crete.

Yep, boil bottled water. I did this with DS last year in turkey.

I know that when I've been on holiday in Spain the bottled water that is low in sodium has a picture of a baby on the side of - a bit like the picture used in baby changing facilities signs.

Evian I think is used quite a bit. Any time I've been away I've boiled bottled water.

If you can find it use HIPP baby water..their website will tell you who stocks it. When my wife and DD come and visit me out in Kosovo thats all we'll use.
