Girls weekend away abroad? Any recomendations?

A friend and I have managed to convince the menfolk that we need a weekend away! Very excited!

We are thinking of a long weekend somewhere in Spain. Probably near some beach with some restaurants/bars nearby.
Anyone recommend anywhere good? Doesnt need to be childfriendly! :)

We went to Palma Nova in Majorca last September for a weekend away. Loads of restaurants, Magaluf next door if you want one of those nights! We didn't do much at all, lazed by the pool, a hop, skip & a jump to the beach over the road, reading tons of books and having all the time in the world to ourselves rather than running around after DC's!!
