I have read the other threads on Zante but can't decide if Zante is going to be a bit too touristy for me?
Last year we revisited Corfu and went to a tiny resort in the North West Agios Gordios North (which was lovely and relazed) and then a week in Kassioppi (more up DH's street as more bars and restaurants to chose from).
This year we are looking for another Greek Island to visit. We would like scenic, green, nowhere that has a MacDonalds, but has plenty of bars and restaurants for choice.
I have looked at Tsilivi and feel it's too busy for me? The other choices are Alykanas and Alykes but I am concerned what the choice of bars and restaurants will be like and after trawling the internet forums I can't find 2 posters who have the same opinion.
I understand resorts change a lot over the years and this might be the problem as the reviews are all quite old.
Anyone been there recently and can enlighten me?
