Help please? Canaries, Egypt, Morroco or Turkey for May half term? - also need kids club for 2 and 5 year old!

We have now decided to take a holiday in the May bank holiday and we want guaranteed sunshine, kids club for 2 and 5 year olds and separate sleeping area for kids.

Does this exist? We want to book ASAP so any suggestions will be gratefully received! :)
