Menorca - which resort?

Hallo. I'm thinking of going to Menorca soon with my 11 mth old. Trying to decide between Cala en Bosch and Son Bou. Can anyone recommend either of these? Also not sure whether to hire a car seat - would it be safe? - or to take my own??? Thanks

son bou nice imo wuite new - not sceneic really but beach fab
in high sumer it must be very busy but we went in JUly nad it was nice

Son Bou has a fab beach.
We like Arenal D'en Castell - it's a large bay at the north of the island

We went to Forcat in Menorca and it was the best holiday we have ever had, the kids loved it and didn't want to come home. We went for the day to Cala n Bosch which was quieter than Forcat but we would stay there definitely. Going to Portugal this year so just hope its as good as Menorca.

Why Cod? I thought Cala Galdana was lovely. Beautiful beach but with no in your face night life. We went in May tho' - think it would be too busy in the height of the season.

Hello. thanks for your replies. i've been to cala galdana before and thought it was rather nice. we stayed at the lovely Villas D'Aljandar. would go back there but the resort is not pushchair friendly, being rather hilly.
