Does anyone out there know if such a thing exists? We have always had wonderful gite holidays - lying around near your own pool- Great! Only with an 18 month old child the idea is more terrifying than relaxing. Someone told me that Crystal holidays had a 'flying nanny service' but it appears they've dropped it this year - so the best option for us would be a development of gites/villas with some sort of childcare available - any ideas???
