Hi looked at their prices y/day for a holiday in Florida and they are so cheap compared to most others. Read very mixed reviews about them though, do you think its best to stick to the travel agent you know? Would save over £2000 with them. Thanks.

Have the people who have left mixed reviews commented on the same types of problems?.

I would ask myself why they are exactly so cheap compared to others who have similar costings. The old adage applies; if it is too good to be true then it probably is. Is the contract with them or actually are they brokers for someone else?.

What are their terms and conditions?.

I went to Dubai with them. They were fine. The first quote I got was very low and I realized the reason why was rubbish flight times and a connecting flight.

I booked flights to Thailand with them. Via Kuwait so was t best airline/airport facilities but worth it for cheaper price as I went in December so a popular time. Never booked accommodation or anything else though, is that what you are asking for advice on?

I flew to LA with them on Air New Zealand. They were a lot cheaper up front. But, I had to change my dates due to work problems and they charged A LOT more than ANZ would have them if I had booked with them direct. Confused

Check the flight forums and get lots of feedback. If they are cheap there is a reason......

They are now owned by Thomas Cook so if you trust them then go ahead

The NetFlights company is a con artist. I have just bought 4 flight tickets for £2000 for my family from NetFlights.com but this agent company has given me a dodge. They have charged me the same amount as other agents are charging for the flight but this NetFlights.com is playing the game in the background to change the deal and the terms & conditions which means the customer will get less in return and they as an agent will get more profit/benefit of it. When you book a flight online with this agent, there are lot of things; those are not transparent by them and less favourable for customers. You’ll notice the compromised terms and conditions on your final invoice when payment is gone through. They issued me all four tickets on a half baggage allowance per person than the standard allowance for outbound and inbound flights. As soon as I did notice these issues on the invoice so I tried to contact them but they were not reachable. Even I sent them an email to ask about to cancel my reservation but they ignored my email and still issued me tickets on the wrong terms those were not agreed or accepted by me. Their customer service is not friendly and they are not interested to resolve any issues. I have asked them either resolve the issue or give me a full refund but they have not done anything.

I am feeling regret that why I have booked a flight with this company and let them to take my hard earn money for nothing. I just trusted this agent because of SkyScanner. Later I have noticed, this agent company NetFlights.com have negative reviews everywhere on the internet. 8/10 people have negative comments about this company. My advice would be for others to avoid this agent company at any cost otherwise you would end up in trouble like me.

We’ve just recently flown with flights booked through Netflights, everything went smoothly. I needed to content them via email, and they were very quick to reply.

However, we had no issues, so can’t say how they’d be if a problem arose, but based on my experience I’d use them again.

Don't do it. I had an absolute nightmare this month. I'd paid for Virgin flights, but when I turned up at the airport to check in there was an error with the e-ticket and Virgin couldn't check me in. They (netflights) weren't able to sort it on time and I missed the flight. Literally stranded. They tried to claim the next flight was full, I had to really push to get it sorted.

They haven't responded to my complaint ........

I'd pay extra and book direct with airline from now on, without doubt.

NETFLIGHTS.COM
AVOID AT ALL COST!!! SCAMMERS!!!
I recently purchased flights for myself and my family. I received a booking confirmation and the funds were taken out from my account. I then received an email 24 hours later to say the flight prices has increased and I have 3 options... 1. to pay the difference, 2. to put me on a different flight at the same cost BUT it has stop off's (initially booked as a direct flight) or 3. for a full refund. I went back and forth with them and said it's false advertisement! They took my money to then tell me it cost more and 'it weren't their fault' because the airline increased their cost. Firstly, I booked at 12.37pm and I received the email to say the price increased at 10.00am the following day! Why did it take almost 24 hours to inform me?! Had they looked into it sooner and paid the airline when I purchased the ticket, I would not of had to pay an additional £380.50!

P.S. to Netflights, DO NOT reply back and give me an automated response like you have with others and to say it's resolved! Yes I paid the additional cost because I had no choice as it a very important flight I have to go on. As discussed with the supervisor, you need to sort out your misleading confirmations starting with a header not stating booking confirmation because it is NOT a booking confirmation and the funds should not be taken out if it's not 100% booked! It's not 100% booked!
