Snorkling insurance

Does anyone know if snorkling is covered in normal travel insurance?

You would have to check the individual policy, but IME, snorkling is covered (not very dangerous!) but scuba isn't.

We are divers, some policies dont covering scuba diving but I have never heard of snorkelling to not be covered, as tissy said its not very dangerous. But best to check the policy wording.

snorkling is usually covered, but best to check first as some companies do have odd exclusions (ice skating for example).
