Where to go on holiday... 2-2.5 hour flight, around mid 20 degrees in June?

Been to Majorca for the last few years and rented villas. This year we're looking to go half board somewhere so recommendations needed...

2-2.5 hour flight
3 DDs aged 7 months, 2 and 4
Early June
Mid 20 degrees.

Been looking at Spain, Menorca, Ibiza, Tunisia and Italy but no idea where is good...?

Any recommendations for apartment hotels, resorts or countries?

Probably fly from London, but Southampton would be perfect or Bournemouth.

If last year's weather is anything to go by, you should try Scotland. Bone dry and boiling hot here in the West last June....
