mousses lefkas - travellers cheques or just euros?

Ok, am in manic planning mode for the holiday!

What's easier - to take a load of travellers cheques (can i settle snack bar and bar bill at apartment with travellers cheques at end of holiday?) or should I just get euros out of a cash point when in Greece?

there are loads of cash points in Lefkas town, five minutes drive. Have no idea if you can use travellers at bar - think possibly not. We just take a bit of cash and then get cash out as and when.
