AI in Ibiza or Mallorca?

Can anyone recommend a nice (4*+) hotel in either Ibiza or Mallorca?

Not really sure on resorts, going with parents and ds (6) so nothing riotous... Just nice, quiet, wee bit to do, lovely hotel fab food...

Insotel have just opened Club Cala Mandia in Porto Cristo which looks really nice. My friend has booked it as she's been to their other hotels and recommends them (although not their Ibiza one). Sorry not many other recommendations as we normally do 3* but would definitely recommend Puerto Pollensa in the north as a resort.
