Can anyone recommend really nice hotel in Puerto Pollensa or is self catering apartment better? Thanks

Hi - depends what you mean by nice hotel - whether you need child friendly, quiet or near beach. We stayed at the Puerto Azul apartment complex last year and found it ideal because you could self cater or go half board, near the beach, quiet area and plenty to do for our two young children without being a noisy hotel - also very clean:

Hi, I would recommend the Flora Aparthotel. Fantastic location and having a total refurb this winter. We have stayed there the last 2 years and booked again for this summer. I would go self catering if you have children. Or if travelling without children either the Hostel Bahia or the Miramar Hotel. All three have good reviews on Trip Advisor.
