We're cruising from Fort Lauderdale and plan to fly out 3/4 days early and stay in Miami. I don't know much about it apart from south beach is 'the area' to stay I'm told.
We ideally don't want to have a car so we're looking at being well located for walking to shops and restaurants and the beach. We'd like to experience what we can in the few days we are there, get over out jet lag and not pay extortionate hotel rates as we'll probably need 2 rooms as there's 5 of us.
Any hotels recommendations appreciated.
