self catering with 4 adults, 2 toddlers, 2 babies!

We are planning 2 weeks in the end of July in either France, Portugal, Italy or Spain. There's two couples, 2 x 2.5yr olds, 1 x 1yr old and 1 x 3mnth old (mine!!) .We need a minimum of 4 beds, a pool, and somewhere with a nice view to sit out. I'm a chef, so interesting foodie things, nice walks, old churches etc. all welcome additions. Not too hot, and not too expensive, if possible. Any ideas, please??

I live in Italy and dh is a chef! Our 21 month old loves it here and there is lots to do. One agriturismo which is picture perfect is www.erta.it Am not plugging it as it has nothing to do with me but I am planning a wedding for some people and they will be staying there! The view are spectacular and there is a pool. Not sure about prices.

Anywhere you go at the end of July will be hot though.....just to warn you!
