I'm looking to book an all-inclusive week long holiday to a gorgeous looking hotel in Cape Verde (just want a break and happy to spend the whole time in the resort). But I want to make sure it's not too cold to swim in February. Wondered if anyone had any experience of going there in February? Or even January or March? Would be awful if we go there and couldn't use the pools with our 2 year old DS.
