House for 20 next summer in France (Brittany?) - any ideas?

We need to find a house to rent next summer for a family celebration for 20 of us (10 adults, 10 kids aged 2-12), somewhere in France that's either a fairly short drive from a ferry port, or not far from a major airport. I've looked on Owners Direct & not come up with anything.

Does anyone know of any websites that would be good to search on, or even better, can recommend somewhere?

Brittany Ferries have an associated site and you can get a big discount on bookings

We've booked through www.cottages4you.co.uk before and there's a 7% mumsnet discount too.

Might be worth getting a copy of their brochure rather than just looking online as then it's easier to spot smaller adjoining / neighbouring properties that can be booked together.

We have exactly what you are looking for, sleeps up to 17 adults in two houses, all bedrooms en suite, huge games/party room, heated pool and acres of private grounds. Not Brittany but only 40 minutes drive from Rodez or an hour and a half from Toulouse. This is us:
