We are thinking of going to Thailand next summer with our two boys, and are restricted to school holidays. We 're thinking of Bangkok, train trip to Chang Mai And then relaxation on Ko Samui or similar. have looked to see what the weather will do and think it looks like the start of the rainy season. Has anyone been there at that time of the year, don't want to drag us all out there and spend most of the day trying to take cover. Also which airline did you use ( from the UK) .

We have been to Thailand a few times. One of which was in the wet season. It was fine. You just have to be prepared for heavy downpours.
For flights you should check out skyscanner its a great website for comparing flights.

If it's just the start of the rainy season then you might get lucky.

Thailand is such an amazing place. What a great adventure for your boys! My DS still way too young to be dragged off around the world....
