We are wanting to go to the Festival in May and I have rung 35 establishments today none of which has rooms! Does anyone have personal knowledge of anywhere with 3 miles of H on W that they know might have a room for 4 nights?

Try the tourist information centre. They usually have a good website with up to date accommodation details or talk to them directly.
