DH2B and I have decided the only way to have the quiet simple wedding we would like is to go abroad somewhere just us and DD (now 10mths).

We haven't got a lot to spend so are thinking of maybe booking villa and fights and arranging cermeony oursleves (just licence and registrar) Anyone done this? Or know how possible it is???

Any recommendations as to when/where/ costs etc would be appreciated!

Hi, i got married in clearwater in FLorida. We booked the flights and accom seperatly. We emailed the clearwater beach hotel cos we knew that our friends had got married there, their wedding reg charged us about $140 for the service, and we booked a room at the hotel for the night but you dont have to. We had fourteen people with us and for $48 per head, we were given the use of the 'oval room', with a free bar and a gorgous four course meal. Getting married abroad is fab and i wouldnt do it any other way.
