I am flying to Australia with ds1 (2 1/2) and ds2 (1) in a couple of weeks. Am a bit nervous as it is the first time I will have made this flight by myself with the 2 little ones. Any hints, tips, drugs welcome...

Good Luck! I am sure you will be fine. We've just done 10 hours with our DD (2 1/2)
I had the whole of the early learning centre in my bag! Cutting and sticking went down well as did a few new books.
The fact you will have 2 with you MUST ensure you VIP treatment from the airline!
There was Cartoon Network on our flight plus a kiddie film (Wallace and Gromit) which meant DD could watch that.
We did buy some Phenergan which has had mixed reviews on here. It helped lull her off to sleep but she when she woke she was very grumpy which was terrible. So it is a bit of an 'emergency only' Have you got a seat for your DS2? Maybe a bit of medised may help if it gets to nap time and he needs a little help to relax and nod off ( I am not for drugging kids by the way!!)I am sure you will be fine and a few more experienced fliers will be along to help!
