Disneyland Paris with a disability

I am a parent with a disability which means I cannot stand for long so I am going to hire a wheelchair at Disney and my DP will push me everywhere. My question is, will my DP get the free carers admission? I have a blue badge and a letter proving I am awarded DLA higher rate mobility. Does anyone know if this is enough documentation. I did email them but they said I needed documentation stating that I need help in getting around?? Anyone have similar experience? I'd be very grateful.

We went earlier in the year and just took letter from GP stating dx.
Yes he will get a carers card and you will be able to use it to save queues
