anyone know of a cheap website for New York short breaks???

We (brother and sisters and me) are trying to book a cheap getaway to New York for my mums 60th birthday.

Do far it is £600 for three days which is more than we wanted to spend does anyone know any decent website???

go to tripadvisor.com, it's best to book your flights and hotels separately, tripadvisor have fab ideas for cheap hotels with lots of reviews. Look at virgin, BA etc for flight deals too. You can do your own taxi transfer from the airport to your hotel, its a fixed price so not expensive when you are sharing.

I got flights for £200 with virgin and then booked into the Salisbury Hotel on W57th Street, right near to the shops on 5th Avenue and Central Park for £70 per room per night for a double ensuite. There were quite a few hotels for this price range and the reviews and ratings are really handy.
