Where to stay halfway between Londono and Bedruthan Steps Cornwall

Hi all,

We are staying at the Bedruthan Steps Hotel in Nequay Cornwall next week (CAN'T WAIT - it has a creche - yeahhhh!!!). We want to break up the trip by staying at a child friendly place (B&B, farm) someway halfway to Nequay - say, near Bristol??) Does anyone have any ideas?

funny - i posted about finding somewhere halfway between london and bedruthan steps only a few weeks ago! it's not particularly baby-friendly, but we're staying at the mount somerset (posh) because it has an offer on for sunday nights - DB&B in a suite for £155. might be worth considering if you're travelling on sunday?
