48 hours in Prague...what to do?

We're having our first visit to Prague soon, we will only be there for 48 hours, what would you suggest we have high on our 'must see' list?

I'm reading the guide book but would love to hear recommendations for things to see and places to eat.

I loved the castle. The Jewish Quarter is worth a look too. I could wander around the Old Town all day, it is just a wonderful city.

It's a small city. You can see all of it in 48 hours.
