I am so excited, we are going to Berlin!

I truly luffs my DH. He has just told me to book some time off, and after much pestering, he has booked us a long weekend in Berlin in November for my birthday. He is so awesome, I have always fancied it.

However, I have no clue where to stay, hotels, areas, locations?

We are mid thirties, will have no kids with us (!!) love to eat and drink and dance. We like independent shops, cafes, people watching, markets etc. Can any of you lovely MNrs help me? Have you been there? What are the must see/dos?

Lucky you! I haven't been to Berlin for a while but it is a fantastic city with lots of great hotels, restaurants and nightlife. I'm sure someone will be around to give more specific advice. Have a look at tripadvisor.

Soho House is great, good location, cool, great bars and lovely rooms.
