Help Durham have rang me about my passport and said I can have it upgraded and sent out straight away but there is a fee or wait to see if they come any advice on what to do?

How much will you lose if the passport doesn't arrive in the next 9 days. If more than the cost of the expedited passport fee then pay the fee. Must be worth it for peace of mind.
