Suggestions for a babymoon in October please! I'll be 6 months pregnant.

DP and I want to go away for a week before baby comes in Jan and I don't want to leave it any longer than early October or I'll be huge.
Any suggestions of where to go? I don't really want to go long haul as I'm 6ft and being 6 months pregnant for 10 hours in economy doesn't appeal.
I'm thinking Jordan, Oman or maybe closer to home and go to the Med somewhere. Greek islands?

On the paranoid front, ought I be sticking within a couple of hours of a decent hospital or are the odds of premature labour so remote that it's silly to even think about?

we went to Malta in early October last year and it was gorgeous weather - late twenties/early thirties and sunny. I was four months pregnant.

We stayed for a few days in a beach resort in the north (OK) then a few days in St Julian in a vaguely posh hotel (Malta's only boutique hotel, I forget the name) which was lovely.

As it's such a small island you are pretty much always within a few hours of hospital - I think there might only be one big one, which is near St Julian IIRC.

Short flight was a factor for us, too, and I have a Maltese colleague who was very persuasive in singing the island's praises, but two things swung the decision for me: the food is very Italian-esque so I knew I would like it even with funny pregnancy cravings etc; and everyone speaks very good English do in the event that I needed medical care (remote, of course) I would have felt confident that I knew what was going on.

This was the hotel we liked in Malta - got a deal from hotels.com IIRC.
