Travelling in on the Central line from Wanstead. Time will need to include lunch. I love London for the history and atmosphere.

Recommendations of something to do, 'hidden gems' or places to just go and mooch would be greatly appreciated!

hidden gem - wallace collection fabulous (free) museum with lots of art and interesting objects in a beautiful building just off oxford street

Or what about just walking in the city. walkit have lots of suggestions for self guided walks
