Taking DD to London on Thurs. We're doing the Natural History Museum and an open top bus tour. She really loves churches and I was wondering whether to do St Paul's or Westminster if we have time, but don't know which. She's not religious or anything, I think she just likes the buildings. Any thoughts?

It's been a while but I think that St Pauls has more that's accessible for a young child. Also, I think that Westminster Abbey is very pricey to see anything much. The Whispering Gallery at St Pauls is good but Westminster has the Royal connection.

How about Westminster Cathedral or Southwark as an alternative ? Both St Paul's and Westminster Abbey cost a fortune and take a while to go around even with the kid's audio guide.

Both extortionate and prob not that exciting for a 5 year old.

I'd go to tower of London instead- and take pics of st Paul's from outside
