looking for somewhere to go away at easter with our daughter who will be 3 at the time. we want somewhere warm but not too hot (family of red heads) and with a bit going on but not tacky! we want a bit of an authentic feel whilst been child friendly (if such a place exists!) we don't want to go abroad to a slightly warmer blackpool! we don't want too long a flight either (less than 5 hours ideally). also, most importantly, great beaches! i loved the greek islands growing up but not sure if it will be a bit dead that time of year! also haven't been for over 10 years. we have also looked at cyprus, the balearics (not sure if that will be too cold though), the canaries (have heard very mixed reviews). any advice on resorts in these places or anywhere else that you think would suit us! resorts we have considered so far:

los cristanos
protaras
rethymnon
lindos/lardos
