maidstone/Baldock/West Midlands - gift 'experiences' on a budget...

I'm 35 weeks pregnant, and am due to be moving house in the next 6 (!) weeks. I'm trying to think of Christmas present ideas for family members who variously live in Maidstone Kent, Baldock Herts and the West Mids/Shropshire. I wondered about buying e.g. annual passes for parks/gardens/stately homes... or other 'experiences' e.g. wine tasting, craft etc. I'm on a bit of a budget, just to make things a bit more tricky, but I wondered if there was anyone out there with knowledge of where to go/what to do in these areas who could make any suggestions? Any ideas considered, many thanks!!

Sorry, the first sentence doesn't seem to relate to the rest of the post - I just meant that I'm quite pushed for time, so am trying to think ahead and plan Christmas shopping in advance this year... don't know if that makes sense??!!

Knebworth House is close to Baldock - stately home with beautiful gardens plus great kids play areas (if the family members have children). They also do balloon flights from there if you want an 'experience'. If they're into wildlife, Whipsnade Zoo and Woburn Safari Park are not to far away. If they like aircraft, Duxford museum is great and only a short drive away.

What about something like an annual membership for the National Trust.
That way they can get out and about and get reduced entry fees and free parking etc to a host of nice places rather than be tied to just 1 venue?
