2 questions about flying

We're about to take DS 2.6 on his first flights.

2 questions:

1 can I take an Ella's kitchen (or similar) pouch through security? I thought they might be good for him to suck on take off & landing. (don't normally use hem but guess they're better for him than the usual boiled sweet.

  1. We've all got a luggage allowance. Can we take his buggy (Maclaren) in addition to this or as one of the pieces?

I don't know the answer to question 1 but i've always taken a buggy in addition to any luggage on both schedule & no frills airlines.

Maximum 100ml liquids so check the volume on the pouch. There's usually a boots after security though so you could buy a few bits for the flight there

Thank you & thank you.

Yes had thought both would be ok but just wondered really.

Yes you can definitely take Ella's pouches on the flight with you - I have done many times! You can take milk and/or water in a bottle or beaker as well, you might have to sip some at security to show it's OK but with babies/kids they tend to relax the liquid rules a bit.

When DS was younger I gave him a bottle of milk or water to suck while taking off/landing.
