DS 3rd birthday, early Sept

Looking for a fun weekday out for DS birthday (3) DP and I...party planned for w/end but want something special on the day, a Thursday. In Scotland, Fife...any ideas?!

Don't know the area, but at that age, my DC's favourite outings were soft play areas - as big as you can find, or petting farms.
