What chuffing car seat fits a Xsara Picasso!!!! AAAAGHHH

I bought a new Britax Freeway for £70 for my Golf, then changed my car. According to the staff at Babies R Us this should fit my car but it doesn't. Only in the front, then she gets the sun in her eyes (dd is 13mths) I tried every car seat in the shop, fitted by an expert, but they all slipped straight out. My sisters Mama and papa's one fits, but she won't swap.. what can I do. please help!

went to halfords..they said my seat was faulty! had a row with babies r us and they gave me a new one! hurrah

OMG the saga continues. I went home (about 15 miles) and put my shopping away etc.. Went to put the new seat in...IT DOES THE SAME F*CKING THING..AAAGGGGH. Some stupid bitch at the shop had been rude to me earlier and i was not hp. I went all the way back.. had to put £40 towards a new one (they did give me £25 disc after more moaning) and now I am happy. I am NEVER going there again.]
