We are staying tonight at the Sofitel in the North terminal but need to do Sundowner check in at the South terminal.

Will it be easier to

  1. go to hotel and then walk with our cases via the airport links to the south terminal to do the sundowner, the same journey we will make tomorrow morning for our flight? or
  2. drive to the south terminal, park int he short stay and do the sun downer check in then back to the car and drive to the hotel?

TIA

I would say there's probably not a lot in it. I would also opt for walking though.

thanks soup dragon. Do either of you know, do we all need to be there for Sundowner check in? we have our boarding cards already. I'm wondering if we can just send DH Grin

Hmmm... Many years ago I did Twilight check in with Virgin and we all had to be there.

Is it Thomas Cook?

If so, you don't have to be there if you have checked in online here

Get the monorail which goes between north and south terminal. It's free.
