Country House Hotels in Wiltshire or Hampshire

My MIL is 60 in a few weeks and we were talking about taking her to a country house hotel for afternoon tea; preferably one with pretty gardens that she can have a nose around. Would anyone be able to recommend somewhere?

Woolley Grange in Bradford On Avon is good for teas, has pretty gardens.

Lainston house in Winchester Does wonderful teas and is set in lovely grounds. Also chewton glen in the new forest.
