any travel agents here? I need advice for a complicated holiday

We are trying to arrange a girly week away. The challenge: half of the ladies will be travelling from South Africa. The other half from the UK. It needs to be next March. We are trying to figure out where to go that is convenient travelwise for everyone (i.e. not multiple change overs and transfers) but is also suitable weather wise. AND Doesn't cost the earth.

I keep seeing good travel deals to places like Dubai or Marrakesh from the UK, but the same deals don't hold true when coming from SA. Anyone got any suggestions or ideas on how we can do this best?

I think sort your date and book your flights. You are probably right that Dubai is a good location and fairly central for all parties. Fights will cost what they cost so best to sort them soonest.

Then look at hotels separately and book them separately. You may be better getting some one to do-ordinate the hotel booking. You can still get cash back on some hotel sites through quidco. Same with flights.
