can anyone recommend a good hotel for Gatwick airport please that includes parking and transfers?

We have a silly o'clock departure time so we're thinking of trying to stay at an airport hotel and leave the car there and have them transfer us to the airport instead of the 90 minute drive from one at the crack of dawn. I might have left it too late but we'd like to try and get something booked. Doea anyone have any recommendations please?

Hi we have used airports at Gatwick before and none of them include the transfers - you have to pay for a transfer bus, so we just took a taxi instead (cheaper if you're two people)

The Hilton is actually on site so you reach the airport through a tunnel. It's not a "smart" Hilton but is better than some of the other options. i think it's worth a bit extra but there are loads of sites that do deals.
Does a great buffet evening meal.

We have flown from both North and South terminals and stayed in the hotels attached to the aiport. On the last occasion we checked on our bags the night before which helped in the morning. I used FHR.com to book them and parking.

The Sofitel. Walk straight into terminal.

You need to check which terminal you are flying from, Sofitel is one and the Hilton is the other but can't remember which.

I have stayed at the Ramada Gatwick Hotel, and it was great. Food fabulous too. We got a taxi to the terminal as it worked out about £3 dearer between the 2 of us and we didn't have to stop at all the other off site hotels picking people up.
